Experiential Design, Facilitation & Leadership Capacity Building Journey
This years course focused upon developing capacities as co-designers, facilitators, maverick artist change-leaders and conductors of systemic change. Through rapid prototyping, collaborative leadership practice, equine assisted relational horsemanship, 7-day learning journey across Arizona, strategic sustainability and "Social Lab" style approaches to developing systemic leadership skills students put their learning into practice by co-created a 40 acre collaborative design project prototype for the Windsong Peace & Leadership Center in Patagonia Arizona. This years design project included student directed:
